Here are some of my favorite apps
- Tana as a space to think and write.
- Obsidian.md for long term knowledge management. This whole site is built with Quartz on top of Obsidian.
- iA Writer as a dedicated tool for focused writing.
- Antinote as a versatile scratchpad.
- Things 3 for tasks — I keep coming back to it no matter how many shiny new apps I flirt with.
- Raycast — my Swiss Army knife for… pretty much everything. If you have a Mac/Windows, here are the things you can do with Raycast.
- 1Password for managing the chaos. Also my longest-running subscription, which should say something.
- Comet for browsing. I was an early adopter of Arc—now I’m an early mourner. No active development stings.
- Wispr Flow for a more natural conversation with AI tools.
But recently, I’ve replaced Tana and Things 3 with tools like Obsidian + Claude Code.
